This is my story (so far) of how I lost over 100 pounds (over 45 kilograms), kept the weight off, recovered from dual hip replacements, became a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, and started a plant-based vegan diet.

I also tell you about why I started this channel and my desire to help you save time, money, and effort as you avoid the same mistakes I made in the past.
