- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup milk (soy, almond, oat, etc.) or water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- OPTIONAL: 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- OPTIONAL: Drizzle of maple syrup (I use sugar-free)
Cook oatmeal according to package directions (usually bring 1 cup milk or water to a boil, stir in 1/2 cup oats, cook for another minute over medium heat or until thickened, stir before serving)
Stir in cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg (if using)
Fold in pumpkin puree
Drizzle with maple syrup (if using)
